If not stated otherwise all prices exclude value added tax which shall be added at the rate applicable at the time of invoicing. Packaging costs are included. Delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany shall be free of freight charges for orders of more than  € 260.- (net). Below this amount only the pure shipping costs levied by UPS or other carriers will be charged.

Special terms are available for annual contracts. In this case the goods have to be purchased within one year in no more than four part shipments. 

The smallest shipment size is 1 original packaging box. The return of goods will not be accepted without prior consent from us.

Invoices are payable within 10 days of the date of invoice issue with deduction of a 2 % discount or must be paid net within 30 days. A 3 % discount will be granted for direct debiting. In this case please request our bank form. 

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been made. This also applies to goods forwarded to third parties.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Tübingen.
German law applies exclusively.

Packaging:

We make every effort to ensure that our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. We only use recycled material and materials that are free from fluorochlorinated hydrocarbons. Our shipping boxes are recycled whenever possible. New boxes are made of unbleached corrugated cardboard. 

We welcome any suggestions for further reducing packaging waste.
